Shipping Policy

Our goal is to provide you with a seamless and pleasant experience with both our products and services. WantedBySk takes every possible step to ensure stress-free deliveries for our customers. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our shipping, delivery, and cancellation processes.

Shipping Details

All orders placed on wantedbysk.com are shipped to a single delivery address provided at the time of checkout. If you wish to receive products at multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

WantedBySk delivers products through trusted courier partners and reserves the right to change courier services as needed for operational efficiency.

Currently, WantedBySk accepts and delivers orders within Pakistan only. International or overseas orders are not available at this time.

We offer free delivery on all orders and do not charge any hidden fees. Customers are advised not to pay any additional amount to the delivery rider other than the total order value mentioned at checkout.

Standard delivery timelines are usually 5 to 6 working days for major cities and 7 to 8 working days for other cities. Delivery times may be extended during sale periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays are processed on the next working day.

In case of any delivery delay, you may contact our customer support team, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.

WantedBySk generally ships all items in a single order. However, in case of stock or availability issues, your order may be dispatched in separate shipments.

An order invoice is included with every shipment. If you do not receive an invoice, please contact WantedBySk customer support for assistance.

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking ID. If you do not receive these details, please reach out to our support team.

Online payments made through the WantedBySk website are fully secure using your bank’s credit or debit card. Cash on Delivery is also available, and payment should be made in cash to the delivery rider at the time of delivery.

If you receive a damaged product, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery along with your order number and clear product images so the matter can be reviewed.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before dispatch when you receive a confirmation call or message from the WantedBySk team. Orders are typically dispatched within a few hours of confirmation and cannot be canceled once shipped.

To cancel an order, log in to your AuraOye account, go to the “Manage Your Order” section, and submit a cancellation request. If you do not have an account, please create one and follow the same process.

If the order has not yet been dispatched, cancellation will be processed within two working days of receiving the request. For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued within 7 to 10 working days after successful cancellation.

If the Customer Does Not Respond:
If a product is returned or sent to WantedBySk and the customer does not respond after the delivery date, WantedBySk will hold the product for up to two months. If the product is not claimed within this period, WantedBySk reserves the right to sell the product as scrap or assess its value, deduct any applicable expenses, and donate the remaining amount to charity.

If the Customer Sends a Product Without Complete Details:
If a customer sends a parcel to WantedBySk with incomplete or missing identification details, the product will be held for up to two months. If the customer fails to claim the product within this period, WantedBySk reserves the right to sell the product as scrap or assess its value, deduct any incurred expenses, and donate the remaining amount to charity.
