WantedBySk is committed to delivering a premium jewelry experience with complete customer satisfaction. In case of any complaint or issue, customers are required to follow the timelines mentioned below to ensure a smooth resolution process.
24 Hours Complaints: For complaints related to physical damage, missing items, or receiving the wrong product, the complaint must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
07 Days Complaints: For issues related to manufacturing defects or quality concerns, complaints must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
More Than 07 Days Complaints: Complaints reported after 7 days will be considered for repair or assessment only, subject to policy approval.
Policy Exemptions
WantedBySk may repair or replace a product if it is found to have a manufacturing defect. Customers must carefully follow all usage and care instructions before claiming a valid warranty.
Wear and Handling: Jewelry should be handled with care and protected from rough usage, impact, or pressure.
Exposure Guidelines: Avoid exposure to water, perfumes, chemicals, sweat, and cleaning agents, as these may affect the finish or durability of the jewelry.
Storage: Jewelry should be stored properly in a dry and safe place to avoid scratches, tarnishing, or damage.
Color and Finish Variation: Actual product color, shine, or finish may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, or screen display effects.
Usage Responsibility: WantedBySk jewelry is designed as a fashion and lifestyle accessory and should not be subjected to misuse or extreme conditions.
If any of the above guidelines are breached, the warranty claim may not be accepted by WantedBySk.
Policy Guidelines
WantedBySk makes every effort to ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless warranty process. To claim warranty or replacement, the following conditions must be met.
The warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.
A valid proof of purchase is required to avail warranty services.
The warranty is limited strictly to repair or replacement of the product and does not include refunds unless explicitly stated.
Customers may be required to register their warranty through WantedBySk’s official channels.
Initial support may be provided via email or phone to assess the issue before proceeding with repair or replacement.
Customers may be requested to ship the product to WantedBySk’s designated address. Safe delivery of the product to WantedBySk is the customer’s responsibility.
If applicable, WantedBySk may arrange courier services at no additional cost to the customer.
WantedBySk will not be responsible for any damage or delays caused during transit.
In case of replacement, an equivalent product in similar condition will be provided.
If there is any price difference, the customer will be required to pay the difference before dispatch.
Any allergic reactions, skin irritation, or rashes caused by jewelry usage are not covered under the warranty.
Replacement processing may take up to 15 to 20 working days.
WantedBySk will attempt to replace the same product variant, but if unavailable, an alternative color or design of equal value may be offered.
Policy Validity
The warranty will not be applicable under the following circumstances.
Natural wear and tear, fading, or dullness of color due to regular use.
Damage caused by improper handling, accidental drops, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or alterations.
Issues related to appearance caused by dust, dirt, chemicals, moisture, or environmental exposure.
Claims made after the expiry of the warranty period, regardless of product usage during that period.
Failure to follow the care and usage instructions provided by WantedBySk.
Damage caused by external factors such as water exposure, extreme temperatures, liquid spills, improper storage, or conditions beyond reasonable control.
